Car quality is the problem

I had the worst experience ever buying my car. I then had to get it serviced and made the mistake of actually taking my vehicle back there. Not only did I wait over 4 hours just to get my car looked at (yes, I did have an appointment scheduled), but they didn't even call me back when my part was in to get my vehicle fixed. After 3 weeks I had to call them back to find that the part was in and ready to be installed. If you are in the market of a Hyundai, please check out the other dealerships in Omaha and Council Bluffs and do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.

Leased a Hyundai Sonata from Monte Davis and was wowed by how well everything went. From Hello to Goodbye was the best experience I've had. I will for sure recommend to everyone looking for a Hyundai over the competitors
