I highly recommend Tanya Patzner as a State Farm Agent. Being a State Farm customer for over 45 years I've seen lots of changes but if you're looking for that old school agent feel where they became your friend and were available anytime you needed them she and her office are definitely your people. My husband and I recently sat down with Tanya and reviewed our coverage with her. She took all the time we needed to make sure we understood our coverages and even made us feel better about signing up for the Drive Safe program. We left knowing State Farm is there and our lives were in good hands, oh wait that's the other guys. Still waiting for that late night call from Jake though, just kidding.

Tanya was very quick to respond, extremely helpful answering all of our questions, and got us a plan that has better coverage AND is saving us money! Best thing....
