Bellhop Moving

We have moved several times and Bellhops made this process a breeze! Every employee I had contact with was a pleasure to work. Jesse went above and beyond to help schedule my move and worked with me on timing. Our loading team was top notch! We could not have asked for more courteous, careful, and nice guys to load our belongings. They were very efficient and checked in with us through the process. Thank you Jaren, Devon, Drew, and Isaiah!!! I will be recommending Bellhops to everyone I know and will be using hem for our move next year! Service: Out-of-county removals

Not good at all! They were so difficult to work with and HQ kept messing with her appointment. We will not be booking with them again.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! I HAD SCHEDULED A MOVE LIKE 3 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME ALL WAS GOOD I SCHEDULED TIME OFF WORK FOR THE MOVE AND HAD MY SON TAKE OFF WORK TO HELP ME PUT THINGS AWAY THEN THE NIGHT BEFORE THE MOVE THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THEY HAD A TRUCK BREAK DOWN AND EXHAUSTED ALL THEIR RESOURCES BUT HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE MOVE FOR 3 DAYS LATER I WAS MAD BUT OK THEN I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THEM TO ADVISE ME THEY DIDN’T HAVE A CREW TO DO MY MOVE AS SCHEDULED SO WHO SCHEDULES A MOVE WITH NO CREW???? OH I WAS EXTREMELY FUMING AT THIS POINT AND ALL THEY COULD SAY WAS SORRY AND CANCELED THE MOVE!!!!! I AM SORRY BUT THIS NOT HOW YOU RUN A COMPANY THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH EVER!!!! DO NOT SCHEDULE A MOVE WITH THEM BE VERY AWARE IF YOU DO FOR IT NOT TO BE COMPLETE!!!!

The team arrived a few minutes early and got right to work unloading my POD. They worked quickly despite the 90 degree heat and treated my items with care. My compliments to the entire team for their work ethic and courtesy. This is my second time using bellhop and I have no complaints. This was my second time using the service, this review is for the team that unloaded my personal effects. Service: Out-of-county removals
