Awesome service today by Austin with Two Men And A Snake Inc. Was told by my homeowner coverage they would be over today between 7am-11am (Austin called at around 9am and said he was about 10 minutes out)! Unclogged our bathtub and sink in the bathroom! Would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

They fix my plumbing problem just by looking at where it was leaking in my basement the technician knew right away that it was my bathroom toilet upstairs. That company did an excellent job even with the mix up in the claim of not being a sink but the toilet instead. Thank you Two Men And A Snake for all your help. Im absolutely furious with this company. They came out to my house 2 months ago and cleared out my main line. Well, my basement completely flooded again with sewage from the same line they just fixed. I immediately called Two Men and a Snake because they guarantee their work for 6 months (warranty). I have been calling and texting their phone number for 2 days and have received no response. Their hours state 24/7 but not a single acknowledgment! I was finally able to get in touch with a different company to come out after spending 24 hours of 2 inches of sewer water in my house and not being able to use any water/facilities. This also means, I had to pay again, when it should have been under warranty. I feel as though they are ignoring the call in order to avoid fulfilling their duty and guarantee. Absolutely awful company practice. If youre going to state you have a 6 month warranty and are open 24/7, maybe you should actually answer your phones or at least send a text back.
