My management company had them come into my unit to try and fix a reoccurring clog. They caused bathroom water to flow out of my kitchen sink and proceeded to watch it overflow onto the floor and into the cupboard under the sink. Even though my roommate was sitting in the other room within eyesight they decided not to give us a heads up to grab some towels or put a bucket down to catch the overflowing water. There was so much water it went under the fridge and leaked into the basement, my house now reeks of mold and mildew. At the end of it they said they couldn't find out what the problem was and we would need to contact "real plumbers" (their words not mine). Thanks.
