Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service as usual was perfect. Our waiter was engaging, professional very courteous. Absolutely love Applebees!

This place does not even deserve one star. Mind you when we went in it was not busy. literally had the worse service I have ever had in my entire life. Took forever for them to take our order , took about 49 minutes to receive 2 of the 4 entrees , the other two came out soggy and cold. The server never checked on us. Had to go to the bar to order drinks when all I was drinking was water. Even after we complained about the food , nothing was done to fix it. I have never bad mouthed a restaurant more than I do this one. Train your servers and get new management asap .

Unfortunately the last few times I've been there the food has been terrible. Food not coming out hot, orders not being correct, my wife ordered a salad with chicken and there was no chicken, just unfortunately they are not just putting out good service.

We had to constantly flag down someone to get any refills and no one ever asked us about our meal. I've been to many establishments when they have been very busy and had no issues. I don't think we will be back.

Very disappointed that a restaurant refuses service to my 18 yr old daughter, her date for winter formal, and another couple because they were too young and the law does not allow them. He quickly changed law, to rule, when I questioned that. Bottom line is discrimination is discrimination. A sign or rule doesn’t make anything not discrimination. Never will I eat at an Applebee’s and I will strongly use my influence in our town for everyone to know this. For the record, when I was 21, I had 2 kids and was more of an adult than the weak minded manager that I spoke to. Applebee’s, your rules, and sign, seems a lot like women not being allowed to vote, or designated bathrooms and water fountains. Discrimination is gross. I really thought we were past that. Not Applebee’s.
