I visited Strictly GI a few weeks ago to purchase a Gore-Tex jacket and was highly satisfied with with the service there, it was fantastic! The owner helped me pick out the right style and pattern of the jacket and in addition recommended a good size range for not just the jacket but also a pair of gloves I purchased.I would recommend this store to anyone interested in the military or just looking for rugged, dependable, gear for hiking, camping, etc.Plus with so much gear, everything from mess dress to LBE you'll be stuck there for hours ogling all the gear and will probably leave with a full trunk and a empty wallet. One thing I must say is that I would not recommend visiting the other surplus store in the area (A and M Surplus) the service there is iffy at best, they have a much smaller selection of gear for sale, also the store is hopelessly disorganized so you'll spend hours digging through messy piles of gear.

I walked in and they had what I needed. He even gave me a good deal. They had tons of Gortex, the other place in town did not.
