Contacted on line scheduled an appointment, No one verified the appointment and no one showed up. No response from the company at all. Now that's great service. I wish I didn't have to give any stars

Excellent service, they were exactly on time, very responsive and professional. Did a great job with trimming and removing trees and cleaned everything after they left. Prices are very competitive as well. Highly recommend and will use myself again. Services: Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal

Erik and his crew did a wonderful job pruning our trees! They were very respectful of our property during the process and they were very meticulous about the clean up afterwards. I highly recommend this company and would certainly use their services again! Service: Tree trimming & pruning

Erik came out to property to perform survey and provide estimate for tree trimming and general tree care. After visit, I was never contacted regarding next steps or estimate. I attempted to contact company several times a week for a month, attempted phone calls, text messages, and email with no return of communication. The survey went well and I really liked Erik and would probably have had Champion Tree do the work. The company's unresponsiveness was both unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customer's time. It's fine if you are busy or don't want to do the job, but please return contact.
