Budget Truck Rental

Gordon’s a good guy if you don’t try to play games or mess up one of his trucks. My family has rented from him for years & never had any problems. I’ve personally seen what some of these people have done to his rental trucks. Just mind blowing what people think they will get away with

It was such a rushed encounter my head is still spinning. In the end I ended up being charged over $300 for a local 2 day rental. My ride when I returned the truck on Sunday felt like they were going to call the police on him. He was told not to wait on the premised, as I was obviously not back with the truck yet. I was there three minutes after that encounter.

Horribly disorganized. I placed my order for the truck I needed online a month in advance. Then one day before I was scheduled to move they called and told me that I needed to reschedule because they were over booked. I’m a healthcare worker who works 8am-6:00pm and they left me one voicemail. I do not have time to take calls during my work hours so I called back after and left a voicemail saying that I really can’t budge on the day I move because of time restrictions and I’m not going to drive all the way to Iowa to pick up a truck that I scheduled to have at 90th and dodge. The manager was VERY unprofessional and sent me a text response saying how I would still be billed and that I “should’ve answered my phone”. Fast forward to the next day and I’m charged for a “no show”. Horrible establishment. I would give them 0 stars if I could. 100% would recommend avoiding this business at all costs if you can.
