They didn't wash my windows, then sent me a bill. I told them the services weren't performed and they sent me an email apologizing for sending a bill. Then they sent the bill again, claiming they washed the outside windows which is a lie. They didn't do anything and now they are charging me interest in not paying the bill. Buyer beware I guess. Not a reputable business. Service: Window washing

I am a new customer to Upscale, but I will be a recurring one! I have had, for the very first time, Christmas lights installed and windows washed, interior and exterior.
