Made an appointment thinking this would cost at least a hundred bucks. I pull in Jason takes a look and says, "Hold on a sec." He comes back with some tools and five minutes later he says, "no charge." This guy is honest and not out to rip you off like so many other shops seem to be. Thanks Jason!

Ted and Jason provide amazing unparalleled customer service! I live in Omaha, and drive about 45 minutes to their shop. I started coming to them around the time that they opened 10 years ago when I'd just graduated high school. They go above and beyond the call of duty, and provide fair, competitive pricing. They are always reliable, and they know who you are by name. As a female, it is very hard to trust in the auto industry (sales and mechanics). Jason and Ted will always tell me what REALLY needs to be taken care of and what we can wait on. They are not out to sell you outrageous parts, or nickel and dime you to death. I have entrusted them with my vehicles and will never go anywhere else. If you truly want great service and a lasting relationship with your mechanic, Discount Muffler and Brakes is the way to go!
