        Jim did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He clearly communicated when he would arrive and provided an excellent estimate for the duration of the job. He was able to remove pet stains and left our carpets clean and smelling fresh. I've used Jim three times now and I highly recommend him for cleaning carpets.         The light colored strip was done by my $200 Hoover carpet cleaner the rest of the carpet was done by Cardinal carpet, it was a horrible job, When I showed him this while he was loading his equipment and he says ( I don't see any difference and they look the same to me ), Don't use these guys
