        went in to have two tires replaced. I left having to climb across my truck from the passenger side to get in. They managed to tear the drivers door handle out making it inoperable at all. I was told by Mark Tincher and Dave the manager it would be fixed and they were ordering the part. After many, many calls and promises I ended up having to fix the damage they made myself. Three invoices later to Better way and I am now filing in small claims court and filing formal complaints with the Nebraska attorney generals office. Seems there is plenty of history and you should do your research prior to doing business here.
