        WORST Insurance Agency EVER!! How do you stay in buisness when you don't return calls, don't reply to emails, treat your customers like junk, and have constant problems with them?! Do NOT recommend!! Our family had them as Insurance agents and it was the WORST headache! Very stressful!! Take your business elsewhere! We found an independent agency in Omaha with way cheaper rates, VERY professional and friendly! Wow, it's the complete opposite of Plattco!! Worst Customer Experience We have Ever had!!!

        Had an issue with my policy not having the correct coverage and never heard back from anyone at Plattco. Im still wait to hear back from anyone on my issue. They have chosen not to respond to me about my coverage issue. Just beware if theres an issue. You will get no response from Plattco. You will have to find different avenues to rectify issues from Plattco. Filed a claim on May 27th and Doug has yet to reach out to me to solve this issue.
