Amazing!!! Shannon kept with it in an incredibly tough market and sold my house! She is competent, professional and personable. I couldn’t have done this without her. We have used many realtors over the years and in many different states. Shannon is by far the best we’ve used! She is knowledgeable, timely, and loyal to her clients. She treated us more like friends than clients, and she continues to help us out even after we bought our home. We bought a foreclosure, and we are thankful she was there to guide us through the intense paperwork, the daunting bank logo and the never ending counter offers. She responded day/evening or weekend- we are so thankful we had her to help us. She was even willing to help us with things that weren’t part of her job, like financing and title questions.
