Carousel of Flowers

I ordered some flowers from this company over the phone. The flowers they sent were old. If I was the one who took delivery of those flowers, I would have sent them back. Any how, they overcharged me on both bouquets. When I called to ask for a refund, the lady on the phone was rude, claimed her 25 years of experience means she could not possibly have made a mistake. I tried to reason with her, but she was stubborn and would not refund me the difference of the overage.
Anyhow, learn from my mistake and go to Petal Pushers in North Sioux City. They are friendlier, nicer, better quality flowers, and the prices are much better then the Carousel. They should rename the place the Caro-fraud.
P.S: I am disputing the over-charge with my credit card company, and I will be filing a claim with the BBB. They will think twice before over-charging the next customer.
