I live in iowa but had a case in nebraska, I called and answer the questions the secretary was asking but when I mentioned I live in iowa she said Im sorry we dont practice law in iowa then proceeded to hang up. Extremely unprofessional and not to mention rude after I called again to explain what happened and she denied it

The doors open at 9am but the desk secretary shows up almost 30 minutes late in the mornings and has people waiting outside on them. This a legal building you should not have people waiting on you for sleeping in completely unprofessional.
