Our kitchen was destroyed in the winter storm and we needed a full rebuild, basically. Our experience with West Coast Cabinets & Countertops could not have been better! John was very easy to work with and was straightforward with his quote. He worked with us when we had changes that needed to happen and made sure we got what we were looking for. All of the crews we had come to our house were professional and friendly. Not only did they do great work but they also answered any style and planning questions we had. If we ever have another remodel job at our house, we already know who we are going to call!

I just purchased a home and during the inspection we noticed a crack in the bathroom sink. I spoke with the person I was buying from and he stated that they were just installed and are under warranty. He was a man of his word and had it replaced. Two weeks after I moved in the other 3 sinks cracked in the exact location. So I called the previous owner and he told me to contact Steven Tarnow at West Coast Cabinets and Countertops and he would take care of me. Well I texted Steve, he got back to me 3 days later and said All of the sinks were fine at the time the house was inspected. The cost to replace the three sinks will be $600. These were all newly installed sinks. Steve and West coast cabinets just lost a potential new customer. I recommend finding a company that stands behind their product and support their customers. Not even an effort to make things right. Ill get theses sinks replaced with someone that wants my business. Steve could obviously care less.

We found out about West Coast Cabinets & Countertops through a recommendation from our Realtor. We have used West Coast Cabinets & Countertops for two of our homes now; both for extensive remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms. We found Johns suggestions spot on, and he was instrumental in helping us locate and select various hardware pieces. His crews did an absolutely fabulous job and we will most certainly use West Coast Cabinets & Countertops again!

So impressed with the customer service I was given. They went out of their way for me and were so kind. John was who I worked with, and he is awesome! He was always on the ball and great at communicating with me. He is a great guy and was so personal. I will use this company any chance I get because they are that great!

Highly recommend West Coast Cabinets & Countertops!! We chose them this past summer for a complete kitchen remodel (MUST see before and after photos!). John did the initial walk through and estimate... he was professional, thorough and - most importantly - honest with us about the best choices for a kitchen remodel and what would help with resell value in the future. We also felt that he really respected the scope of our project... other bids tried to expand the scope and increase the budget but John and his team really gave us the finished product we were hoping for with the budget we gave him. John and his amazing team managed the project and overall was very easy to communicate with and stuck to the project schedule very closely. Their contractors were very professional and wore masks/took precautions while in our home. We will definitely call West Coast Cabinets & Countertops for future home improvement projects.
