        I spent $7k on flooring. I bought a wood flooring and a laminate for the kitchen. The wood is great. The laminate was advertised as waterproof and easy to clean. It was neither. You need to scrub it with a magic eraser and use a shop vac to clean it because they cut deep grooves in it for texture. It is also coming up around the edges already. The company will not warranty the product because it was sold as is, on sale. There was not a sale sign on the product when it was purchased. They also broke my bike rack and bottomed out the suspension on my truck, with a forklift. The kid driving did not notice the tile was set and continued to push down on the bed, until I started yelling. They have not addressed anything. They have so many complaints, they are outsourcing the call center. Big sign. Floor and decor has better employees, flooring, and prices.
