        One of the worst travel experiences of my life. Booked a plane and it left without me 17 minutes after scheduled departure. There was nobody to let me onto the tarmac at the gate. Im guessing they only have one employee of this entire company because I couldnt reach anyone sitting at the gate. I called and called and got sent to VM multiple times. I have never in my life had a chartered flight leave without me. When asking for explanation I havent been able to reach a soul at this company. They essentially stole my money
