Steer Clear. They abruptly closed approximately 3 weeks ago without any notice. Had a 1 year pet plan with them which for obvious reason they will not be able to meet. Looks bad on Petsmart! How can you trust them with your pets if they can't provide the consistency and availability ?

Criminals! My cat had a hypoglycemia episode and my regular vet is closed on weekend. So I called before going and was informed it will be no problem and they can perform emergency care. We got there and they tested his blood and charges an office visit and came back to say he must be transferred to an emergency hospital at a different location because they will close in a couple of hours. They wanted to charge a transfer fee and another emergency hospital fee on top of the one they charged themselves. To make matters worse, they didn’t even any emergency medicine on my poor cat. These people do not care about you, your cat and anything that has to do with it. Avoid and go to a real emergency room.

Do not come here. They closed on April 3rd. They did not contact any clients. It is not Petsmarts business so they couldn't contact anyone even if they wanted to.
