The complex doesn’t keep up with landscaping very well. The trees are over grown and a fire hazard. When it gets windy trees blow over or branches break off and are in the way.

Love location. Very clean area overall. Apartments are spacious and bath tub its a dream. Roman tub to be exact. Inside it's a park for dogs which it's very convenient to take them for a walk not far from property and its also secure so they can run around and stay gated.

So My fridge broke yesterday afternoon, I spoke with the office and they said that they’d replace it. I was given a replacement from another apartment. When I received the replacement it was dirty on the inside,(I spent almost two hours cleaning the fridge and going through all my food) there was a BUG in the vegetable drawer. The inside of the freezer door was also missing one of the railings/shelf to keep the frozen items from falling. My leasing office called me back and said they WON’T reimburse me for the $100 I lost in food and said it was my fault for not calling it in sooner (when I called as soon as I saw the issue arise). They won’t even give me a discount on rent or do anything at all for the inconvenience. They also said they would send maintenance over to look at the fridge/freezer to replace the railing and/or give me the correct fridge since I was given the wrong kind and they haven’t came back at all and it’s been over 4 hours. This is so upsetting, I had to pull money out of savings just to pay for the groceries I had bought on Monday and I lost half of them. This is RIDICULOUS!!

The property still needs work, and at this time i’m a little disappointed. I did speak to the property manager about my concerns, and from what i can see things are still a work in progress… i look forward to seeing the amenities open and the property better taken care of.

BEWARE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY RENNOVATION Somehow my previous review disappeared, but I want to make sure I rewrite I am going to list the the current circumstances and issues: 1. Property was SOLD to Robinson Group last week and has been a COMPLETE cluster ** We as renters believed we lived at The Avenue next day last week we were Tides on Tropicana (previous name suited Vegas!!) 2. PRIORITIES are ALL MESSED UP: - Shut down resident portal cant submit rent or maintenance requests NOTHING have to take check or certified funds in within their new business hours or call maintenance request in which was crazy cause the phone #got changed too! - put wood on front gates GREAT but what about the homeless and addicts spreading the gates apart and coming on in!! Not to mention the back gates nothing and furniture against wall where people jumping wall to get onto the property. - Security Tower at front gates but is a storage unit instead of what we really need- A SECURITY OFFICER - Theft on property, including catalytic converters, shady people walking around lifting car door handles - The grounds are NASTY and EMBARRASSING unless you enjoy paying to live in a DUMP can't even have guests over. PAPER, TRASH and DEBRIS EVERYWHERE Our property starting to look like the ones around us! - Workers filled our trash bins so now the trash overflowing into parking lot around bin areas flies all over. - It doesnt take much of a brain for the staff to get out of the office and see what us current renters see and at least have someone go around and clean up the trash. WOULD THEY WANT TO LIVE HERE IN THIS MESS? - Pet poop everywhere because homeless removing bags and no one checks daily to replenish - Painted Office/Entry area and middle building but not the others the painters just disappeared - Pool was FINALLY open after over a year they came in & CLOSED it down pool was GREEN and said they were gonna do renovations (thats after you show up at pool no notice NOTHING) Cant wait to see how much water bill will go up when they refill it WHENEVER (renters share that cost) - Mailroom ( we have key to) FILTHY & papers all over the floor, door propped open & mailboxes broken into - Gym(we have a personal code to track who goes in?out) the door propped open homeless coming in and yesterday we receive an email saying Gym closed for "security reasons" TILL FURTHER NOTICE,,,, ,btw every renter here pays a community maintenance fee every month for upkeep of common amenities in which WE NOW HAVE NONE They all CLOSED! - Landscapers show up they blow everything around into patios just making more mess and have blown the rock out of the plant areas now they blowing dirt all over!! SMH - SECURITY is NEEDED not drive/walk thru SOLID PATROL most people nice here but we have some real shady people too - drugs, fighting, screaming all kinds of stuff around here. - Cant wait to see how much rent gonna go up for all this! NEW MANAGEMENT: You need to have some respect and concern for us current renters and realize we liked our clean property before you came and the security issues just getting worse. This is NO WAY to treat people and have them living in this filth. I know you trying to make changes but communicate ahead of time not after the fact, and respect us renters this is our Homes and Lives and our Health! Its summer we want to get out and use our amenities and property we pay for we been stuck inside due to the pandemic. Be considerate!
