Pacifica Senior Living San Martin

My mother stayed at this facility for about a year. The working staff that took care of her are wonderful and patient. There were some issues but they were worked out by the director Dwight. Thank you for your help.

My family enjoyed the working staff inside, wonderful and patient individuals. The management on the other hand.... My grandfather was in their facility for a total of a month, one hospital visit. My family was charged for 3 months, even after deceased. Spoke to management and kept getting blown off. My grandfather and many others got covid, and our family had to call 911, instead of the facility noticing. I would love for some sort of communication back from management. And an estimated five thousand dollars for time he was not there. This place has great reviews and is a chain. I found confidence initially from the reviews to select this place. update: family was given partial part. Prorated for 2 weeks. Maybe they needed a heads up before he "moved out". He passed in January and getting a FRACTION back. Went through a lot of phone tags for this and MAYBE this post got their attention. Suggest this company does a little more, and solve the issue. To respond to you reaching me: you called my cell phone once. And my mother finally got someone on the phone. The management did ignore her for some time. We received something in APRIL.

Our family took some time searching for a new home for my parents, who are in need of daily help with a few things. I live in CA and my parents don't want to leave LV. So, the search began for the perfect place for them. How impressive the 1 bedroom apartments are! There will be plenty of room for them, and we are very happy with our choice with choosing Pacifica San Martin. Thanks for the amazing guidance we have received from Shannon, she gave us some amazing tips and has really helped a difficult time to be much easier !

I have gotten to work with and know a few of the staff members at this community and have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them! You can tell that they truly care for the well-being of the community and each and every resident.

Pacifica San Martin is a beautiful community. They have so many activities for their residents to do and the Activity Director has done an excellent job with keeping their residents engaged while providing the residents an outlet to keep their independence. The Executive Director, Dwight is great and very involved with his residents. He is always out and about within the community engaging with the residents and staff.
