Friendly Ford Parts Department

Ive had nothing but the best service from this company! I ordered a trim panel for my Police Interceptor Utility and not only was it affordable, the part came quickly and was exactly what I needed. I live in northern Maine and it arrived in a week from Nevada! Unfortunately, the part was broken during shipping by UPS; however, when I emailed to see what could be done I was met with a reply from Parts Manager, Jason Gonzalez @ Friendly Ford in less than an hour expressing apology and that a replacement part will be sent ASAP. Great service!!

Contacted Jason Gonzalez with a question about a part I needed. He was quick to respond with photos of the part I needed, the quantity, and the price! I really appreciated the help from Mr. Jason! Couldnt have asked for better service! Thanks again!

No satisfied. I ordered a replacement cover plate for the tow receiver on my 2020 expedition platinum and per the product page on the website it said painted to match and a black raw plastic plate was send instead. Either you need to send another one painted or change the language on the landing page to reflect that the consumer must have it paint matched upon receipt.
