        The male counter teller is rude on a whole different level. I have been there multiple times and it does not change. US Bank needs to have this guy go back to Customer Service training, he clearly does not know what is means to be nice and service is a very important part of his job...

        The ladies behind the counter were nice enough. The bank system there is dumb. I went to cash a check issued by us bank and they charge me to cash it. I have not been to a single bank yet that charges to cash their own check
