Overall a solid company with a lot of integrity. I met with the owner, Peter. He has a wonderful vision for the future of his company, has a passion for helping others, and is very supportive of his staff. I would do business with Titan Roofing LLC

Had Titan Roofing install new roof on addition and patio. Roof continues to leak and I cant get Titan Roofing to come over and do any warranty work. Leak is worse now and is leaking in my house. They make appointments (3) saying they will come over to look but never show up. Then the manager emails and wants me to show where the leak is on a google earth picture of my roof. I show them where several leaks were (4) and cant get ahold of them since. DO NOT USE! They will take your money and wont warranty their work.

What kind of company tells you that you're hired, then never follows through? If they run their business like they run their personnel, I would look elsewhere for roofing services.

Slow, expensive, inferior quality. It has been so incredibly difficult to get them to come out and actually finish the work they were paid for that I have given up and will just finish it myself. I've called a few times now asking when they are coming to finish and they seem confused that the job wasn't done. There is no oversight or communication. This place must specialize in flipping houses because they spend more time hiding their mistakes than fixing them.
