The doctor is very nice and professional the front desk however is very rude not professional at all will hang up on you talk bad to you like your not a person at all I will be switching doctors for this reason you ma'am need costumer service tanning badly

Disgusting my girlfriend came because she was in terrible pain they took one x ray determined she needed a root canal gave her a dollar amount a prescription for antibiotics and over the counter pain meds (Tylenol extra strength) with all the pain she is in, made her an appointment she didn't agree to for said root canal when she called to let them know she rather have it pulled the front desk woman got angry with her that she was not wanting to go for the procedure and instead of scheduling her for the extraction she hung up in her face i wouldn't send anyone here!!!

Do NOT go to this place the front desk lady Analisa is very rude and disrespectful I was trying to make an appointment and she was being very rude with attitude and hung up on me and I called back and asked to speak to the doctor or the manager and she claimed she is the manager and that the doctor can not get on the phone . Very uneducated very rude and disrespectful lady . Has no customer service nor education . Will be calling the the board on her .

I post this review because I loved Dr. Do and her staff years ago. Although, wait times were always lengthy I loved the staff and professional manner which they took care of me. In 2021 all that changed when the staff Dr. DO had moved on to other places. My last experience has absolutely horrendous and completely unprofessional at best and borderline criminal. It started with a phone to make an appointment for a cleaning. The new Filipino woman answering the phone was unable to comprehend or pronounce my last name after I patiently and politely repeated it three times. At that point I asked to speak to another staff member, then she became abusive and irate at her own failure to identify me by my name. At that point I now became frustrated with her ability to perform her duty and professionally assist me with scheduling an appointment, she then abrup hung up the phone on me. At this point, I'm now extremely irate. I proceeded to the office to speak with the Dr.in person and to explain the issue. Upon entering the office I once again stated who I was and asked to speak with Dr. DO to explain to her how I was treated as well as her outrageous and unprofessional behavior. When she realized who I was she exploded in a rage and proceeded to tell me that she had all my personal information and that her husband was going to pay me a visit to my home. At this I'm ready to come across the counter and deliver some street justice on the spot ! Yes, I understand this is a woman but, my buttons were pushed and it took all my self control not to act impulsively at that moment. The doctor came out front and calmy explained what has occurred and the outrageous and unprofessional in which I had treated on the phone simply trying to schedule an appointment. She apologized and asked me to leave, which I did but, not before telling the woman to please have her husband pay me a visit so, I can set him straight man to man, and give him something to take home and show his wife what happens to people who run their mouth to the wrong person in public. Yeah, I'm that guy who doesn't take threats from anyone... period ! So, later that evening I received the call as promised by the Doctor where I explained exactly what transpired on the phone prior to my visit to the office. To my extreme disappointment and shock she basically tried to dismiss the situation and threat made to my by her employee and refused to acknowledge to severity and culpability of the actions of said employee. Even though I explained that she is liable for her actions and threats made while having access to my personal information, she basically tried to dismiss it as a misunderstanding. I explained that should I take this further I file a formal complaint that this could create problems for her both in a civil and criminal matter. I think at that point she realized the severity and legal repercussions she could face, should I choose to pursue the matter further. Unfortunately she chose not to explain what repercussions she would take or at best that the employee would be terminated immediately. And no conciliatory apology was given or acknowledgement of the criminal and unprofessional behavior of the employee.I took the higher road and chose not to press the issue and further although, in retrospect I should have. I took the higher road and walked away from her practice and have found better service and professionalism at a competitor nearby. If you value your time and reasonable adherence to your scheduled appointment time... look elsewhere where your business is appreciated and welcomed !!
