My granddaughter spacer had broken on a Sunday I called left a message so she could be seen. the end of the spacer was scraping her Tonge, and it hurt No call back I called again Monday, and they could not see her till Tuesday. I get there and they told me because of the Liberty Dental that to remove the rest of the spacer she would have to come back the next day or I could pay 22,50 to remove if. I paid because she's in pain. Had to come back the next day for an impression for another spacer. The nurse said she has to be careful because the insurance won't pay for another spacer, and I would have to pay 400.00. You tell that to a 9-year-old? Please Liberty Dental fix it.

I called to help get things figured out, I had the privilege of speaking to Stephani , who was unimaginably helpful and caring, she aided me through the process and got me organized. I was then passed over to Maria who helped me through the obstacles and had me all set for my appointment! Im am so grateful to had interacted with these individuals.

I called in to switch providers for my kids dentist. The gentleman that assisted me was very nice. It was quick and easy phone call. Was on and off the phone within 10 minutes.

They could not approve my wisdom teeth extraction as an emergency and could only "expedite" my claim. By expedite they meant 48-72 hours for processing. Their staff's main answer to my questions was "I don't know" and "I can't guarantee that you'll have an answer by then" and "I'm not in that department".

Worst dental insurance anyone can ever get . But unfortunately, there’s very limited options to us middle class families. It’s either liberty dental or Anthem , and it’s $40-50 more for anthem! I had liberty dental insurance last year, I was trying to pay my bill and not a single thing was working on their website. The monthly bills do not list a phone number for billing or anything . Nor did I find it online. So I was unable to make a payment, and it was past 5pm on a Friday. There was no other option. There’s constantly problems with their website. Sometimes it won’t even let you login even with correct login info. So I called them come Monday morning , and they told me my dental insurance had been canceled because it wasn’t paid . I tried to explain the situation but they didn’t care. AND apparently there is a number to call to pay your bill. They just don’t want to give it away .
