2020 Was certainly a challenging year, but the saving grace was Sunfinity. Scott not only got us a GREAT deal, but also watched over the project for us. The team at Sunfinity was there for us all the way. When ever we had a question, and we had a LOT of questions, they answered us ASAP or got us the answer. We were one of the first homes in our area with SunVault Storage Technology, so it was a learning curve for everyone. Software upgrades to our system happen automatically and/or the technician scheduled an onsite inspection and upgrade. Everyone is empowered to help with our questions and our system. From signing to designing to installing the people at Sunfinity and SunPower were by our side. I know SunPower isn’t the only one and may not be the cheapest, but it has the best warranty and isn’t it better to have everything under one roof, that’s what SunPower will do for us. Thank you Sunfinity for being there for us and saving us time and money along the way. I know we all have choices, and I didn’t make my decision lightly, getting multiple quotes and researching each and every one of them in depth, that being said, I wouldn’t change one thing, well maybe making this decision years sooner, nevertheless, everything is installed and running like a swiss clock. YEEHAA, thank you Sunfinity for all the hard work and knowing all the while you were working for us.
