I requested the services of Nevada ozone and not only were they professional and showed up right on time they also did a fantastic job. So far I have used them twice and both times I had really good results. I used them to get rid of a heavy smoke smell from my aunt's house and it got rid of every trace of cigarettes that was in that place. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He informed me ahead of time of all the requirements of the ozone service. I would wholeheartedly recommend them again.

Great Service I am a car dealer and had a super bad smelling smokers car. I tried everything to get rid of the smell . Nothing worked . I called Nevada Ozone and Presto the car smells awesome. I highly recommend the service.

OK so let me start off by saying it's only been one week. I may have to come back later and let you know how it goes. First off, Tom answered my call immediately. He listened to me describe the problem with the house, and told me he could literally be there the next day if I wanted. He was honest with me about pricing, and he was honest with me about not being able to guarantee miracles. But he was very upbeat and positive about the process and his previous successes. We are renting a house. We've only been in it two months. It smelled terrible when we moved in, but we honestly thought we could fix it. We tried everything on our own. But whoever lived here before, must have literally smoked in here for 20+ years. When I say it was "bad," that doesn't come close to describing it. It was making me physically sick. Everything smelled. I washed my clothes and within 24 hours they'd stink. I washed my hair and within two hours, I'D stink. It was oppressive. It was all over the house and in the garage. It was coming out of the vents. It smelled like it was in the walls. The house had been freshly painted, re-carpeted, new laminate flooring put in, and looked immaculate when we moved in. But the smell was HORRENDOUS. Anyway Tom came last week, did the treatment, and we spent the night in a hotel. When we came back the next day, I was in shock. I actually cried. For the first four days it was wonderful. On the fifth day I started to be able to smell a little bit of cigarette in the hallway and the laundry room. But it does not seem to be spreading. It is not all over the house the way it was before. The other rooms don't smell. My clothes don't smell. It is 90% better than it was. Tom told us going in that we might need a second treatment in order to fix it. I anticipated that, because I knew how bad it was to begin with. So again, he was fair and honest about what to expect. I highly recommend this guy. He was professional, personable, and honest. We will likely have to get a second treatment, but I recommend the service wholeheartedly!

I called Nevada Ozone to help with a used car I bought recently. Everything seemed great about the car and the only flaw was that it REEKED of cigarette smoke. The whole car smelled like tobacco and running the heater or AC made the car almost uninhabitable. I thought it would be a lost cause and I was trying to find anything to at least make the smell more bearable. I found Nevada Ozone after some quick searching online. I had heard of Ozone treatment before, but I was still skeptical because my situation was so bad. I decided to give it a try because they guaranteed it would help. I made an appointment with Josh and he arrived on time to my house on the minute. Very professional attitude. Fully explained the process and how the ozone works. He placed 3 Ozone generators in my car and let them run for a total of 2 hours. The last half hour was with the car AC running. The Results: This company/process is a MIRACLE. I could not believe that after running the Ozone generators, the cigarette smell just DISAPPEARED. I seriously thought it was too good to be true. All the smell was gone out of the seats, door panels, headliner, trunk, EVERYTHING. There is a light scent of the Ozone that lingers after. Best I can describe it is like a sterile cleaning smell. This is MUCH PREFERRED to the tobacco. And it dissipates within hours after the treatment. Now, I waited for 5 or 6 days before writing this review because I was still skeptical about this being a permanent solution. Its been almost a week and the tobacco smell has yet to return. I added my favorite air freshener and now its like the car was never smoked in. No adverse effects to parts of the car either (plastics, leather etc.) Just needed to write a review letting everyone know this process WORKS. No BS. If you are in a similar situation as I was, don't wait to call these guys. They are worth every single penny they charge you. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Outstanding! Nevada Ozone has saved my sanity! I am severely allergic to biting mites that i encounter when out running errands, and also biting mites that come from a wilderness area near my house. For years I tried everything under the sun to eradicate the problem, including having my house and yard sprayed by a professional pest-control service monthly, Flea Busters, heat treatment, using every pest control product I read about or found, etc., and nothing worked until Tom treated my house with his ozone machines. Finally, peace at last! Because of my outside environment, I have periodic treatments with the ozone, and clean my house and spray myself as needed with P2 Power Probiotics. The probiotics help, but nothing kills the mites as effectively as the ozone. It has been a godsend!Tom, the owner, is knowledgeable about ozone and only uses machines that do not produce nitric acid. I appreciate how helpful he is. He is punctual and courteous and I feel comfortable having him in my home. He genuinely cares about his customers and is a pleasure to work with. If you are exhausted with battling biting mites, you owe it to yourself to try an ozone treatment. You will be amazed at the difference in your home and your life!
