        Terrible services nothing is in stock even after over 6 months long wait. Then wrong item. The owner even won’t try to help to get another samples which might be in stock. If you don’t want to be trapped for your investment, DONT GO TO SOUTHWEST HARDWOOD FLOOR!

        They have the best wood floor selection of any of the 10 stores I looked at in town. They were incredibly helpful and allowed me to take home a bunch of samples. The owner spent time with me and was very knowledgeable and patient. Our floors have been installed for almost two years now, and they still look fantastic.
