Acceptance Insurance

Everyone is saying how nice Rosa is. But she literally just hung up on me. She kept asking about people in my household if they were going to use my car. NO. She never even asked me what model my car was. She named everyone’s car that was in the household. And asked is anyone of these yours? Uh NO. I just called 3 other ppl to get a quote and the first things they asked me was what is the model of my car, my name, and my Vin number which the only questions she asked was my name. Dear Rosa, If you were trying to see if anyone was going to use my car. NO. They aren’t. Judging me because I live in a big household is rude. If those other people have their OWN cars why in the world would they need to use mine? Learn better tactics. Thanks. Your service was trash.

Good insurance brokers some of the other agents don't know what they are talking about but. If you ever need a competent person Marcie is a wonderful person and is a exemplary agent.
