Kevin Phoenix: Allstate Insurance

This place keeps calling me over and over while I’m at work. I’ve asked them many times to please stop calling me to remove me from their call list but it still continues. I called the Allstate corporate office and filed a complaint and they told me they would put me remove me from a call list but this still continues! I will be seeking legal action if this continues

Clearly these ratings are not clients. Had a policy that cancelled due to non-payment because the All State agent did not notify the escrow company appropriately. Then I paid out of pocket (outside of escrow) to reinstate the policy. Then the same thing happened again several months later and I get a collections notice regarding a balance that I was not paid through escrow. No call, no email, no notice from All State agent. I have tried to contact the office several times and once reached a staff member that "looked into my account/policy" and said to ignore the collections notice because it was an error and my account/policy is fine. I receive a second collections notice and contact All State Corporate and find out that my policy was cancelled five months prior. This is absurd! All the while I cant get in touch with the agent in this Kevin Phoenix office and have only spoken to an agent once.
