My insurance lapsed and I was going crazy trying to buy a policy with Progressive but they kept saying they needed verification of something but wouldn't tell me what it is. In desperation, I cast a wide net and ended up getting a lot of texts and calls from insurance agents. One of them was Claudio. I called Claudio and asked him to help me out. We went over my situation and all my info and then he presented me with a price that was more than $100 less than I was previously paying. He helped me find the good discounts and I managed to be able to pay for it then and there on the phone. What a relief! Claudio is personable and warm, and he helped me calm down from "what if they tow my truck?!" panic. He had me laughing on the phone and he was so patient and kind. When I called Ryan (the head guy in charge) to compliment Claudio, he ALSO was super nice! I highly recommend this agency. It took less than fifteen minutes for me to go from a ball of uninsured tears to a proud woman with a proud truck named Sergio that is proudly insured. For a heckin reasonable price. 11 out of 10 stars from me. Claudio is the BEST neighbor. My pets agree.
