        I made the switch to this agency due to moving states & needing to separate from my parents insurance. This agency gave me no insight on any of my coverages that I was receiving. It was strictly about price. Staff and agent were friendly and responsive. Being young & dumb then, (18) I had no idea what any of this meant. I went from having full coverage with 250/500 limits to be written at Nevada’s state limits, which is extremely dangerous. Had I known what this meant then, I would’ve never agreed, but it wasn’t explained. This agency is strictly about price & making the sale rather than informing there insured’s about the coverages they are receiving. Find an agent that CARES about your safety.
