        I always have multiple deposits and most tellers, when they see me become automatically frustrated and it shows. However today Jennifer who normally does not work at this branch helped me and was not only so fast but friendly. She's a keeper!! Thank you Jennifer

        Well since they opened back up they have a different here and needless to say they arent as nice and friendly as the others were..always was greeted with a Hi and a smile and went beyond in cust.service I waited for 17 min for some extra deposit slips !! The manager just ignored my please and went on to do nothing of importance

        So I am going to be honest I am not a fan of wells Fargo at all. Now with that said this was our first time using this Wells Fargo. We walked in and the young lady that was our first teller was so nice and friendly ( not fake at all). We had an issue with an AT&T payment which we have for months and the not so great ppl at a different Wells Fargo location said they took care of it but of course hadn't like always. So we waited for a gentleman named Samarro Jones. Now Mr Jones was amazing so helpful and genuinely sorry for the mix-up. He reminded me that excellent customer service is out there and ppl can and will take the time to help others. He single handed not make me hate Wells Fargo Bank any longer. He is an excellent asset to a company that has a horrible reputation if you bank with Wells Fargo and ever have any problems I recommend this location and dealing with them we will no longer use a different walksarco ever we no longer dread banking we actually will smile when we walk into the bank now. Thank you Mr Jones and look forward to dealing with you on a regular basis thank you. Indy and Cousin Mr.Cutler
