        We scheduled 3 times for an estimate and they were a No show the first 2 times. We called to confirm everything was in track the third time and per the office they were. Salesman called not even 5 min later to reschedule. Not the type of business We would like to support. Communication is key and schedule.

        Joey was the best sales guy I could've asked for. He was informative, really cool, and when I had a complete melt down and decided I wanted to completely redo the quote, he was game to change it for me. I would seriously recommend him to anyone looking to go with Tough. Before we just had dirt and gravel in the yard, but my cats love rolling around in the new turf all day and night. I think they enjoy it more than we do! Service: Installation
