The company performs ok. They do ok with removing feces. Customer service is so bad. The Phone number listed goes to voice mail. They don’t respond to emails in which I emailed over 2 weeks ago and their site is horrible as far as navigating through. Very poor customer service. I just want to cancel my services!

I tried to call this company to schedule a pickup for my moms house. Immediately no answer. That should have been my first red flag as I called twice in the same day. I decided to schedule using the online system. I called the day after the appointment because I wanted to confirm it and find out what time I could expect the technician. No answer once again. Fast toward to the day before the cleaning, I called again and still no answer. By then I was honestly just hoping someone would show up or at least call to confirm before coming. That did not happen. Day of, I was at my moms until noon and still no sign of communication. My mom was still at home and said no one ever showed up. I tried to call them several times that day to no avail. Fast forward again to two days after my scheduled service, and still no phone call. But what I did receive was an invoice for services not even rendered ! To say the least, I am not happy and will be taking this up with my bank. My appointment was for Wednesday 8-4-2021.. This is my yard 8-7-2021. And I still haven’t heard from them.
