I would like to tell you why I highly recommend Accessibility Services Inc. Three years ago I needed help to get up & down my stairs. My daughter recommended I get a stairlift. I finally came up with three different companies, 2 in Florida & 1 in Las Vegas. I called the BBB to see what their ratings were. Unfortunately the ones in Florida did not have good ratings. However the Las Vegas company was rated at A+. I called them & Mr. Bill Foster came to see what I would need. He is a very friendly person to deal with & my daughter & I decided to buy his lifts. He suggested that before I make a purchase we go to his home & use his lifts so that I get the feeling of how it operates. It was so easy & comfortable. I now own 2 lifts & have used them every day & night for 3 years & have had not one sound coming from their use. Mr. Foster comes out once every year, free of charge, to clean & oil them. I very much appreciate the extra care he gives them. So, this is why I give Accessibility Services Inc a 5 star rating.

I contacted Accessibility Services, Inc., in search of a company to install a stair lift, in my parents’ home. I quickly learned that their custom-built staircase was going to require a custom-built stair lift. I contacted a number of merchants in the Las Vegas area. When I contacted Accessibility Services, I reached Barbara Foster, who stated that her husband, Bill, would return my call immediately. Having relocated to Las Vegas in 2001, I had grown quite accustomed to hearing that, only to be left waiting for a phone call that was never to occur. I was pleasantly surprised to receive his call within minutes, and scheduled an appointment to do an estimate the next day. Bill arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. When he saw my 84-year old mother (all of 5’1”) taking care of my frail father (6’ tall), he even offered to bring over a lift for them to consider. His concern for my Mom’s health and safety in caring for my Dad was sincere and valid, as my mother ended up hospitalized within weeks. Though she has some health issues, I knew she was also exhausted. I promptly moved in and began caring for my parents, despite their objections – at least until they agreed to accept the help of a caregiver and the stair lift was installed; not merely for the mobility factor, but safety in traversing their stairs. Despite the numerous Las Vegas merchants licensed to sell and install stair lifts, Accessibility Services was the only one I contacted whose manufacturer was located in the USA. All estimates received were close, but Accessibility Services’ tentative date of installation was soonest. Bill was in constant contact with the progression of the manufacturing of the stair lift and both Barbara and Bill were prompt to respond to any and all emails and telephone calls. When the stair lift actually arrived a day sooner, he contacted me and asked if we would like to move up the date of installation a day – of course, we greatly appreciated the notification and opportunity to have the stair lift installed sooner. Once again, he arrived promptly and the installation took less time than anticipated. He demonstrated and instructed my parents on the functions of the stair lift and remained until they were able to operate the unit confidently. The stair lift allowed my parents to remain independent and in their own home – safely. Definitely a quality product guaranteed by the manufacturer; but Bill also provides documentation that any warranty work required will be done at no charge. He also assured us that we may contact him at any time, with any questions or problems we have in the future, and given his actions and response time to date, I have no doubt he is being unpretentious. Bill’s concern and dedication to creating a safe and independent home environment are genuine. He takes great pride in the quality of his work and work product, as well as his work ethic. I am confident that I made the correct decision in choosing Accessibility Services, Inc. and the Fosters, for the installation of my parents’ stair lift. I have no hesitation in recommending Accessibility Services, Inc. for the installation of stair lifts.
