If I could give zero stars I would! They advertise as "reliable" but they are far from it! I was supposed to receive meds for my dad on hospice, and 4 HOURS later I am still waiting! I strongly urge you find another place to get your meds from, especially if your loved one is on HOSPICE!

I have a son on hospice and I really thought that this would be the best option as far as a pharmacy but I was completely wrong!! We have had nothing but issues and of course they always put the blame on someone else such a shame!!

They don't even deserve 1 star. A neighbor found out he had terminal colon cancer while he was in the hospital getting tests done. They hospital set him up with this hospice agency and I was appalled at the absence of compassion and caring he received while under their care. He had no family and I was the only resident he knew in our complex so he called me crying that he had just gotten home from the hospital and been told he was dying and that a hospice nurse met with him in his apartment but he didn't know what he had to do. I went to him and found that the nurse had left no medications whatsoever nor had hospice set up anything for his comfort. I had to call the agency to demand that they get the medications delivered ASAP since my neighbor was dying and was in a lot of pain. After being transferred several times and being put on hold numerous times, I finally got thru to someone who made arrangements to get medications delivered within several hours. The delivery person handed me a bag with containers of pills and morphine and I had to set up patient care for a neighbor I barely knew. It was a true blessing that he did not survive very long. I had to take all the pills and morphine to the police station to be disposed. How sad!!
