Thresher Piano Movers

This company completely flaked on me and left me in the lurch big time.I called them almost a month in advance and set a time for them to pick up my piano and then store it for a year. They didn’t show up. Then, I’m pretty sure they lied to me about why they didn’t show up.I have had no communication from them about their continued absence (despite multiple calls from me about whether they were still coming, or could come the next day), and finally had to find another company completely (and My own self storage unit) as I still haven’t heard anything back from them over a day after they were supposed to arrive.This was an incredibly frustrating experience, as I had to be out my apartment the day they were supposed to arrive, and added on to that, I was leaving on a work trip the next day. Thankfully I had family there who were able to stay and take care of the situation.This company is deceitful, irresponsible, and VERY uncommunicative. I would have been more than willing to work with them if they had simply talked with me, or if problems really did come up for them that day and they had clearly communicated with me.Instead I called them five times over the course of the day I was moving, talked with them twice, and finally was left with radio silence at the end of the day.
