I cant say enough about Preferred Plumbing. From ownership to a great they are responsive, knowledgeable and do the job the right way. They are candid about what you need but there is no upsell. Honest plumbers that do great work. We had a problem with the homeowners insurance claim afterwards so Preferred Plumbing resubmitted the needed paperwork weeks after we had already payed them and their work was done. Never a complaint just a willingness to help

Dennis is awesome! I've been a homeowner for decades and I have never met a plumber as quick and efficient as Preferred Plumbing. He changed our faucet and was in and out within 15 minutes. I will definitely call him again. Thanks Dennis!

The job done was to our satisfaction. However, the invoice we received said 30 days but instead, we ended up getting a call saying it was 'payment on reciept', which was never communicated to us.
I suggest you get your invoicing correct on just what your payment terms are.

As I mentioned over the phone, I usually send invoices to my property managers whom I extend 30-day terms to so it was my error, and I apologized for that. I also mentioned that after speaking with your husband, you have the choice to pay the invoice at the end of the 30-day period or earlier if you wish.Most importantly, we are happy that you are satisfied with our work.
