This company is a sham. They claimed to help file paperwork for student loan forgiveness and did nothing. When I asked for an account summary... nothing... when I asked for a website... nothing... when I asked for a name of a financial manager... nothing... the only thing they could send back to me was the original document I signed. That's it. You know it isn't real when they are not transparent and when your data is not accessible to you. Now they are not taking my calls as I am trying to rectify the issue with them. About the only thing I can do is dispute the charges and change my bank and card info. The lady I spoke with was rude... interrupted me when I was asking questions about my account and would not give me any answers. Do NOT use this so called "company" its a scam.

This is a scam! Somehow they popped up when I googled Navients number. They managed to get info and changed my log in credentials for student loans and such. God knows what they’ll do with my info.
