Do not book Lexi Reid for any doula or midwife services. She rescheduled every appointment we had last minute, would be late or would flat out cancel. One time she pushed our appointment back, and told me she had clinical studies for midwifery but was posting online that she was out at brunch drinking, and then showed up late. Another time, an hour before my appointment, tells me she will no longer be taking me as a client, I was 36 weeks pregnant. No apology, or referral to go to anyone else.. I had to just figure it out on my own. Jillian at WRM is amazing and literally saved the day, took me on as a client so late into my pregnancy and already has done more for me than Lexi ever did, but its really hard to ignore that Lexi completely screwed me over 4 weeks before my due date. As a single first time mom, she knew I was anticipating giving birth alone, and that I had severe anxiety. I would never recommend anyone to use her services. There is so many other skilled, professional doulas and midwives at WRM that will not jerk around with your life. Lexi will leave you high and dry weeks before you are due. I am thankful I was able to get in with someone else, and thats why I added 2 stars.

As a husband I am truly devastated at the fact that the owner is a complete mess and has no respect for the babies and us the parents, I am truly disgusted at the fact that they didn't provide enough service for my wife and how they left my wife on hold during her contractions truly disgusting I think the owner is a duche bag.

My entire pregnancy I didn't feel any connection or comfortability with my OB. I dreaded every appointment. There was no reassurance, no education, no guidance, and I didn't feel like all my concerns were addressed. I wanted more. I wanted something different and beautiful for me and my baby. So I decided to walk away from my OB at 36 weeks, seeking for a better birth plan for ME. Throughout my pregnancy I dreamed a little of a home-birth and was curious how different could the experience with a doula or midwife would be. I browsed and found Well Rounded Mama. I decided to have a consultation with Tori Hinkle. Meeting Tori was so refreshing. Instantly she made me feel at ease, despite the early onset of a world pandemic. She corrected the errors of the OB overlooked, such as my high amniotic fluid the nurses and my OB completely missed. I felt secure and those last few weeks of my pregnancy, I felt excited and ready to become a mom thanks to Tori. Tori was attentive to all my questions and concerns. She always made herself available. Always a phone call + text away, 24/7. This was also essential as I did not feel that same accessibility like the traditional OB for an expecting mother. Tori has been a blessing to me and my family, who has helped guide us into parenthood. I felt safe going to Tori with any problems I had, big or small, medical or personal. Although I didn't have my dream home birth with both of my boys, Tori made the experiences more smooth and enjoyable. Right away you can tell she loves what she does and exceeds expectations and beyond because she's also that good at what she does. She truly is a blessing with her exceptional expertise. I can't thank Tori enough for what she has done for my family, but for me as a mother postpartum. She not only emphasizes the important of child care but parental + individual care also. I will forever entrust Tori.

Rory came out to my home today to provide me with lactation counseling and I had a wonderful experience! It was such a huge relief to have someone who was willing to come to my home, especially on a weekend, because with 4 kids it isn't easy to get out. Rory was patient, kind, understanding, compassionate, and thorough. I was very impressed with her knowledge and patience, and so grateful that she spent the time with me that I needed and never made me feel rushed. She had a lot of tricks and tips for me and I am confident that our breastfeeding journey will be better going forward!
