Customer service is beyond! Haven't had this type of quality and care in a while. Haven't received my products yet, but have no doubt that if I have any issues, they will take care of it. Special shout out to Leah who has walked me through this entire process. She understood my complete order and without being a pushy sales person, also promoted what other things they can do for us in the future. I already forwarded my boss Brandaholics info and said I would recommend using them in the future if we ever need anything else. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!

I am part of a fantastic company in the cosmetic dental industry. We are constantly ordering new promotional items for our team and also for the public. Leah has been amazing to work with, she is professional and looks to make sure everything is perfect before proceeding with the order. Oftentimes deadlines are important and we wanted a very specific stylus/pen made with our logo, phone number, and website listed. We couldn't be happier with our custom mugs. The process was simple. We went on the website found the mugs we liked, uploaded the logo, and then got a call from Leah. She requested a high resolution logo so when the product went to print it would look better. The product came and we couldn't be happier. Looking forward to doing some custom t-shirts soon.
