Ken handled my friend's short sale which resulted in the best possible outcome. There were sleepless nights pondering over what to do with his situation, not really understanding the shortsale process. My friend would like to say a big thank you to Ken especially, and MCG for providing such a professional service guiding and managing with competence right to the end. My friend put his full confidence in Ken and this is what Ken states as one of the guiding principles that helped towards a successful outcome.

After along and frustrating process of trying to work with our bank on a loan re-modification without success, we decided that we had no other options, but to short sale, yet did NOT want to deal with the bank again. We were very thankful for the team at Millennium Consulting who held our hand to work with our realtor and walk us through the process of achieving a successful short sale in less time than expected. They even unexpectedly went over and beyond what would be considered "typical" because I found out over a year after everything closed that the bank never closed out our loan. I reached back out to Millenium and they came to our rescue again... They opened a full investigation (without an extra fee) and kept checking in until the bank confirmed the account was closed. Service like that is a rare find these days. We appreciate all they did to assist us and would gladly refer them to any friends or family who asked.

You know there are people you meet for the first time and you like them. Don't know why really, you just do. My first substantive contact with Millennium Consulting was with the bossman, Ken Sarna, and I liked him from his warm hello. He asked me about my situation and in the early parts of the meeting I talked 80 percent of the time. When he understood what was going on with my house, and my life, he cleared his throat and for the last part of the meeting he talked 80 percent of the time, making a lot of sense about how his company could help me. And he delivered. He said do this and the other and he would take it from there, and he did. We were helped tremendously by my realtor who also took a personal interest in getting this short sell done, despite what turned out to be enormous problems. But get it done, we did... or they did. Millennium and my realtor, working hand in hand, leading the way. I can promise any potential customers this: If you meet with Ken and do what he says, he'll produce... even when it seems impossible... he'll do what he says he can do. You can trust him… and his competent staff. They do things in the business of short sells that's hard to understand, even believe. For me they got the mortgage holder to forgive $160,000 in debt, and got a $3,000 cash payout from the government to help us move. Despite, like I said, enormous problems dealing with a host of banking/loan companies and the buyer’s slow realtor. And they did it working against a fast closing deadline. More than 90 emails were passed on the two days before closing. You’ll not find a better company to work for you. Good job, Ken. Thanks. Jim and Brenda Parker
