If you are looking for a company to install solar panel, run from this company ! Took forever to install, im still having a huge amount of power bill, it isn't producing enough energy and im trying to get in contact by phone, email, etc... for months!!! Never got a1 answer! Looking for a lawyer and sue them! It is ridiculous!

Rocky start at first took a long time for installation to complete but once I got a coordination from the Admin staff. Mrs Queslove in particular I was able to get backpayed and my system ready to go.

Scotch taped ad to my painted garage door. Really appreciate that Dolan Anderson. Now I have to decide if I should do touch up or not. Either way I end up with a spot on my garage. Can't afford magnets or mailers? Guess solar isn't that lucrative.

Financed solar in November 2020 using this company Freedom Forever. Installed in March 2021. It’s August soon to be September of 2021 and solar isn’t producing. Two months ago I was told by my sales consultant Kadeem O’Berry I would be issued a credit for months I had no solar production that was a lie. No credit. In order to even receive a call back I had to stop my automatic payments. Now I’m paying $800 power bill plus $200 solar bill. Billing immediately reached out for payment that was the plan because no one returns calls or texts or chats or anything! Since then it’s been escalated because they are a third party company servicing the debt they don’t handle installation & production issues. Still have no working solar only 38k debt and my credit score has now dropped because they are reporting I’m not paying even though I have a open case. Today is 8/19/21 and my solar isn’t producing. I’ve email called and text Kadeem my sales consultant of record but he’s non responsive. Extremely disappointed and let down. I do not recommend FREEDOM FOREVER.
