Their wiring website is not user friendly, I had to make several attempts every time I had to wire money to them. Kim was not good at answering questions at all, I was new to this so I had questions. My realtor would answer their questions. I was told my closing cost and that amount was off by $1351.00 which I felt was a lot of money to be off by, so I had to wire them money once again and each time I wired them money my bank charged me $35.00. Overall I would never close with this company again, they are horrible at communicating with their customer.
