A complete an utter scam! This company is based out of India, all the names of the reps are FAKE.. Alex Wood, Derrick Smith, and the products they offer are completely useless. I signed up for a PMP certification boot camp and was told I would be instructed by a seasoned coach and project manager. Instead.. I got a sub-contractor project manager they hired to do the class a week before, sent him the sub=par course material the NIGHT BEFORE, and he showed up and read the PMBOK guide to us! The internet went out in the tiny office they rented the first day. The second day SprintZeal DID NOT PAY FOR THE RENTED ROOM and the office rental company would not let us in for the first 3 hours while tried to find a credit card that actually had money on it. There are numerous law suits against them here and in India, and chalk up another as I am in the process of getting my own going. DO NOT USE THEM. This isn't some vengeful ex-employee, I am a real consumer. I know you want to find a good boot camp, course, whatever, BUT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. it is totally fake, they are just after your money, and it's an Indian company that couldn't care less about US consumers

Thank you Jason, it was wonderful working with you and your team. Readers, it is important to understand both the side of the story rather than just looking at one sided review about him. We all know users who are happy never come and write anything good about what they bought (like me) unless they have free time or someone call them and remind them about their good services or until we are extremely delighted about the services. About the sad customer he takes efforts to ensure he goes extra mile to fight for it because he or she wants his work done asap. And he finds all possible way to remove frustration, so we as a readers we should not judge until we personally speak or interact with the person to understand what’s his side of the story. Nevertheless, I am here to write about the experience I had with Jason Caldwell. He calls me to request a review about the service he had delivered to when I really needed a job as project manager. I remember few weeks back I called Sprintzeal and spoke to someone who then passed the details to Jason Caldwell to be my account manager and I am glad he was. He ensured I get the best value for my money I paid for the certification, he was their through out the process and helped me gain my certification 4 days back. And I am happy that I passed and I am proud PMP certified professional. Like I mentioned in my above sentence when things come in our way, out of happiness we forget who helped us get their. I did forget about Jason who was their to help me through out the process. But today when he called me to share how some of the negative comments effect his job, applying the same thought happy customers don’t post review but unhappy customers goes extra mile to do so. It connected when he said how it effects his job, because I came to him for the same reason. Now here is my review about Jason Caldwell, he is true professional and he will support and help you achieve what he promises. Message to management: he is true asset to company, kindly consider my thoughts about him. Thanks, Daniel Francis

Its really an amazing experience with jason and his team . I am thankful to my friend who suggested me to get their services. The training was professional and with experts. I got training of about three months and always happy with instructor and all team .

They are responsive and on time. They know how to perform their duties. I had a best experience with sprintzeal. All trainers are friendly and helping. They all satisfied me and fulfilled my expectations.
