These people are AWFUL...
I paid for round trip transport ....I had my elderly mother with me for her 70th Birthday and we had to end up taking a cab from the airport and an Uber back to the airport. Because people are unorganized.
They have yet to return any of my numerous calls and messages

Dr iver dropped people off at our pickup time we entered the shuttle for a transfer to the airport. He got on, drove a couple of miles then turned and asked what we doing on the bus.
We said going to the airport that we had reservation for that pickup time. He then said he is not taking use anywhere but back to the hotel where he picked us up. Then he proceeded to call us vile names and used all kinds of profanity. He was screaming at us . We were two Senior woman and was very afraid . He took us back to the hotel and made us get off. We finally got in touch with my the shuttle service and after an hour past our pickup time they sent another shuttle. We almost missed our flight. I made complaints to the company and Expedia where we booked the shuttle, no one e CV er responded to my complaint. Most scary experience of my life with a professional shuttle company and travel service

Terrible experience coming back to the airport. Sat outside and waited for 45 minutes because they allot you a 20 min window where you need to be outside and waiting, and then they were 25 min late on top of that. I had to call multiple times just to get updates, and would be left on hold for 10 min at a time. Splurge and just get the uber/lyft, its not worth your time to deal with this terrible company.
